FORwARd COLLiSiON ALERT

This available active safety technology utilizes a

windshield-mounted high-resolution camera and

advanced image processing to monitor your proximity

to the vehicle in front of you. The icon at the left (A)

tells you when a vehicle is detected ahead. The center

icon (B) lights up when your vehicle is following too

closely and ﬂashes with audible chimes when there

is danger of a front-end collision.

LANE dEPARTURE wARNiNG

This available system reads the lines on the road,

providing a visual and audible alert when you stray

into another lane without signaling. The icon at right

lane change begins.

Forward thinking for when you’re backing up.

An available rear vision camera puts eyes in the

back of your head — or at least on the available

touch-screen in the Equinox center stack.
